Study Visit and Field Training at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Brescia, Brescia, Republic of Italy

Thammasat University dental students have the opportunity to participate in exchange programs and study visits at dental faculties of partner universities in various countries such as Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Italy, and Canada.

Participating students are given the chance to observe teaching and learning practices, explore diverse cultures, and make new international friends, contributing to a more globalized educational experience.

As part of the international field training program for undergraduate students in the Doctor of Dental Surgery (International Program) for the academic year 2022, sixth-year dental students, accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Chalermkwan Phuworawan, traveled to the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Brescia, in Brescia, Republic of Italy, during March 1125, 2023.

The objective of this visit was to enhance language and cultural understanding, expand knowledge, and exchange experiences regarding the academic and clinical training systems of dental schools in Italy.
