University Student OrganizationsThe Photography Club of the Faculty of Dentistry, Thammasat University (Photo Dent Club TU) aims to promote and develop photography skills among dental students. The club provides opportunities for members to learn and practice photography through activities ranging from beginner to advanced levels.
The club also serves as a creative platform where students can express their artistic vision through photography and share their work with the wider community.
In addition, the club encourages students to make meaningful use of their free time while fostering teamwork, friendship, and a strong sense of community within the Faculty. Through its activities, members develop both creative and interpersonal skills that complement their academic and professional growth.
The Faculty of Dentistry Volunteer Club was founded in October 2011 in response to the devastating floods that affected several provinces, including Ayutthaya, Pathum Thani, and Nakhon Sawan. The disaster caused significant hardship for local communities, inspiring dental students to establish the club and contribute to relief efforts.
In collaboration with the Dental Student Association of Thailand (DSAT), the club launched its first community service initiative, “Dental Students Unite to Help Flood Victims,” at Wat Thuat Thong School in Pathum Thani Province on December 18, 2011.
Since then, the club has continued to organize volunteer and community outreach activities that benefit society and promote public service.
The club embodies Thammasat University's values of social responsibility and community engagement. Through its activities, students develop leadership, teamwork, and civic-mindedness while making meaningful contributions to society
The Student Union is located on the first floor of the Ratchasuda Building and serves as a meeting point for student organizations and various clubs. It provides a space for students to hold meetings and relax at their convenience. The building is currently undergoing renovations, which are expected to be completed around mid-2024.
