Loan Fund for Thammasat Chaloem Phrakiat Hospital
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants:

1. Must be a dental student who is in need of financial assistance.

2. Must be currently enrolled in a regular bachelor's degree program at Thammasat University.

3. Must be a student with good conduct and a strong commitment to learning.

4. Must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.00 for the first semester of the 2022 academic year.

5. Must not have previously received other scholarships, except for awards, scholarships for students with exceptional talents, or student loan scholarships. The decision will be at the discretion of the scholarship committee.
Mahidol Phitlathep Foundation Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria for the Mahidol Phitlathep Foundation Scholarship:

1. The applicant must be a student currently enrolled from the second year onward.

2. The applicant must have good academic performance, with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.

3. The applicant must have good moral conduct.

4. The applicant must be in financial need and lack sufficient financial support for their studies.
 
Bangkok Post Foundation Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria for the Bangkok Post Foundation Scholarship:

1. The applicant must be an orphan (both parents are deceased) or have only one living parent who is unable or unwilling to provide financial support for their education.

2. If the applicant has a guardian, the guardian must not be able to support their education consistently.

3. The applicant must come from a poor financial background.

4. The applicant must have a strong desire to pursue education but lacks the financial means to do so.

5. The applicant should not have any obligations or commitments that would interfere with their education after graduation.

6. The applicant's GPA for each semester must not be lower than 2.00.
Tao Pook Tek Tung Foundation Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria for Tao Pook Tek Tung Foundation Scholarship

1. The applicant must be a student who is facing financial difficulties.

2. The applicant must be studying at a public institution.

3. The applicant must demonstrate strong intent and desire to continue their studies.

4. The applicant must be endorsed and certified by their educational institution.

5. The applicant must have a grade point average (GPA) of no less than 2.00 and must exhibit good behavior.

6. The applicant must not be repeating any academic year.
TISCO Scholarship

Eligibility Requirements for Applicants:

1. Must have a GPA of 1.50 or higher.

2. Must have good behavior and show diligence in studies.

3. Must not have received any continuous scholarships previously.

4. Must not be a borrower of the Government Student Loan Fund (GSLF).


5. Must come from a financially disadvantaged background.

 
 
 

Student Employment Assistance Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements for the Scholarship:

1. The applicant must be a student in need of financial assistance.

2. The applicant must have good conduct and demonstrate appropriate behavior.
Birthday Charity Scholarship
Eligibility Requirements for the Birthday Charity Scholarship:

1. The applicant must be a Thai national and have successfully completed the lower and upper secondary education (or equivalent) from a school in Thailand.

2. The applicant must be free from serious contagious diseases, social stigma diseases, or major physical or mental health conditions that would hinder academic performance.

3. The applicant must have good conduct and provide a commitment to the scholarship fund that they will dedicate themselves to their studies to the best of their abilities, adhering strictly to the regulations and rules of both the scholarship fund and the university, as currently or potentially announced in the future.

Getting Around Campus
Transportation on Campus

Getting around Thammasat University is convenient and accessible, with a variety of transportation options available throughout the campus. Students who drive can take advantage of ample parking facilities. In addition, several public transportation services are available to help students travel easily between different areas of the university.

1. EV Shuttle Buses

Five electric shuttle bus routes operate throughout the university, providing convenient and accessible transportation across the campus.

To reach the Faculty of Dentistry, students may take Route 2, which runs between Dormitory Zones A and B and Thammasat University Hospital.

Alternatively, Route 5 operates between the Dome Building (Administrative Building) and Thammasat University Hospital, stopping at the same bus stop near the Faculty of Dentistry.

2. Songthaews (Shared Pickup Trucks)

Songthaews operate throughout the campus and charge a flat fare of THB 5 per trip. Students may use this service to travel conveniently between different locations on campus. This is an affordable and convenient way to travel around the university.

3. Motorcycle Taxis

Motorcycle taxi services are available at most bus stops and key locations across the campus. Fares within the university typically start at THB 15. This option provides a fast and direct means of transportation, particularly during peak hours.

4. Bicycles and Electric Scooters (Anywheel)

Anywheel bicycles and electric scooters are available at designated parking stations throughout the campus. Students can download the Anywheel mobile application, add credit to their account, and unlock a bicycle or scooter by scanning the QR code. Dedicated bicycle lanes are available throughout the campus to promote safe and sustainable transportation.
Student Accommodation

Accommodation Options
There are three main accommodation options available for students:

1. University-managed on-campus dormitories

2. Privately operated off-campus dormitories

3. Condominiums and apartment residences

On-campus Dormitories

Thammasat University offers a variety of on-campus housing options for students who wish to live on campus. Student residences are located in several areas of the campus, including Zones B, C, E, F, and M, as well as the Medical Dormitory.

A range of room types is available, including single, double, and shared four-person rooms. Shared facilities include hot and cold drinking water dispensers, water purification stations, coin-operated laundry facilities, and elevators.

Accommodation fees for on-campus housing start at approximately THB 3,000 per month, depending on room type and location.

Off-campus Dormitories

In addition to university housing, numerous privately operated dormitories are located within walking distance or a short commute from the campus. Rental rates and facilities vary depending on the location and provider. While off-campus accommodation is generally more expensive than university housing, it often provides additional amenities and greater privacy.

Condominiums

Several condominium developments are located in the vicinity of Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus. Most condominiums offer a wide range of facilities, such as fitness centers, swimming pools, security systems, and parking areas.

Campus Cafeterias

A variety of dining facilities are available across Thammasat University, Rangsit Campus, including the Green Canteen, the Hygiene Building Canteen, and the Thammasat University Hospital Canteen. These venues offer a wide selection of affordable Thai and international cuisine to serve students, staff, and visitors.
